Look: I am eager to learn stuff I don't know--which requires actively courting and posting smart disagreement.

But as you will understand, I don't like to post things that mischaracterize and are aimed to mislead.

"I like being able to delete people from my friends list."

OK.  I made it up.  But, still  .  .  .

Mitt Romney has friends? Who knew?

Hmmm. Now that you mention it, in his case it might be a sycophants list.

Cheers!

I'm not aware that a piece of software can have friends *or* sycophants. The Romney hardware is pretty much standard off-the-shelf, it's the current Romney 4.0 software that makes The Romney unique. Well, unique in that the Romney 4.0 software was apparently outsourced to an overseas bidder, probably in India(like the Romney 1.0 did to thousands of American jobs) that left out some critical little subroutines like, say, "personality" and "charisma" that are important if you're attempting to make your robotic candidate attractive to the general population...

A piece of software can be programmed to delete social media database entries as effectively as it does jobs.

We had reached the age of the Stepford candidate.

But things have gotten so bad among the Rethugs that the programmable polyurethane man-like entity is preferable to the real the real insane human who is currently campaigning against him.

WASF!
