This should be the best time of life, but . . . (instead, we are become flaming squid huggers)
Look: I am eager to learn stuff I don't know--which requires actively courting and posting smart disagreement.
But as you will understand, I don't like to post things that mischaracterize and are aimed to mislead.

Fun post ~ love the cartoon ~ enjoy ~ (A Creative Harbor) ^_^
And of course if you're a Stark, you'd take the goat back with you after you took the cabbage across, then take the wolf across. Then go back for the goat. But the point that XKCD is making is one that I noticed a long time ago, which is that these kind of puzzle problems have nothing to do with solving real-life problems, and companies that pose these kinds of puzzle problems to you in the interview process rather than real problems simply Aren't Serious. (Which especially annoys me now that I have over 20 years of solving real problems in the industry, and then they're going to ask me nonsense like this in the interview process?!).
All true. But i wanted to oonch the absurdity up a bit.
And besides, Winter really is coming.

An off topic comment ...
Earlier today, my kids told me to go stuff it, so I am off to the kitchen now with 2 boxes of Stove Top.
I am now the center of gravity for my family – the one around whom everyone congregates (and sometimes aggravates) – so tomorrow I will be flinging the bird (sliced turkey) to everyone.
If a very large bird appears at your window on Thanksgiving Day, have no fear. Its probably a peeping tom. Happy Thanksgiving.
Hey Octo -
Thanks for the visit and back at 'ya.
We'll have all 11 grandchildren together tomorrow, and possibly even today.
It's all good.
