Or the tip of a bespectacled penis emerging from a foreskin. Now that I have given you that latter image, I bet you'll never look at him the same again.Bukko Boomerangerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02424677168216647964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4290163255778893789.post-52129174225872904452011-04-26T00:09:49.249-04:002011-04-26T00:09:49.249-04:00Regarding spending cuts, I did the math at my own ...Regarding spending cuts, I did the math at my own blog and found that compared to 1950, we are spending essentially the same amount of money as a percentage of GDP -- except for Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. To say that we have "excess spending" as the cause of our current deficits is nonsense, what has happened is that we've taken on this huge Medicare and Medicaid obligation without levying sufficient taxes to pay for them. We definitely need to stop the *growth* of Medicare/Medicaid spending or they *will* bankrupt America... but funny, I see few of the GOP lizard people doing anything but attacking attempts to slow the growth of Medicare/Medicaid spending. Guess it'd cut down on the income they get from defrauding Medicare/Medicaid too much (see: Florida governor Rick Scott).

- Badtux the Numbers PenguinBadTuxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01345749557330760251noreply@blogger.com
